The second project included replacing the kitchen and adding a separate boat storage building with a playroom, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bath in the loft.
The third project added a large great room with living-dining, kitchen and lavatory on the main level. The exterior stair was replaced with a new interior stair. The existing living-dining and kitchen was replace with a master bedroom with bath and a computer area. The lower level under the great room housed a second master bedroom, bath, laundry room and furnace room. The lake side multilevel decks were replaced.
We have just finished enlarging the garage, providing a mud room, second stair and two bedrooms bed which open to grandmother’s
